1. Put the white silicone into the groove of the gold tooth.
2. Put the gold (silver) teeth along with the silicone into hot water at around 70 to 80 degrees Celsius and soak them for about 15 to 30 seconds to soften the silicone.
Note: Do not use boiling water or hot water, otherwise the silicone will be soaked and become unusable.
3. Put the gold tooth (silver tooth) into your mouth and gently clench it with your upper and lower teeth. The softened silicone is squeezed by the teeth and adjusts its shape in the user's mouth to match the tooth shape, playing a role in fixing and shaping.
If the setting effect is not good, you can repeat the setting until you are satisfied.
After each use of the braces, wash them with clean water, dry them in the sun and store them properly.
